AMCAP was formed in 1995 as the merger of Long Property Management, Inc. and BPM Investment Corp. In an effort to provide better service and begin a growth pattern, the owners of Long Property Management, Inc. (Winnie Long) and BPM Investment Corp. (Phil Presicci) joined together forming American Capital Realty Group, Inc. Phil and Winnie together bring over 50 years of combined experience each in the real estate brokerage and property management field. Both Long Property Management, Inc. and BPM Investment Corp. have been involved with property management since the 1970’s.

American Capital Realty Group, Inc. currently employs just under 100 employees. Many of our supervisors, maintenance staff and managers are bilingual in both Spanish and English. AMCAP strives for perfection and trains our staff to perform in the most professional manner.

Both Long and Presicci have brokered literally hundreds of sales transactions in their careers both for themselves and for clients.

The Principals of AMCAP have acted as Receivers for lending institutions and private investors. Often distressed properties have been turned into profit centers due to the expertise of AMCAP’s property management team.
