The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application, included is a $5 system processing fee for using the service. We will only take online payment/with online application or cash/paper applications. Application Processing Fees are not refundable unless a prior applicant rents. If approved, we will require full deposit for a maximum hold of 15 days.

Pets- We will accept indoor pet dogs (28lb maximum- non dangerous breeds or mixes only), indoor cat only ($250 Deposit is required), but would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium, and a deposit would be charged, if over 5 gallons in size (under 5 gallons, deposit is waived. Some exotic type pets, will be declined, we need to discuss. Note Service Animals/ESA Animals are not considered Pets!

Utlities- The Owner pays Water, Trash, and Landscaping. The tenant pays Electric and Gas. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them.
